complete lack of customer focus. I wanted to buy a car, and I guess I was unlucky because I was corresponding with Igor Kamche, who promised that a financial advisor would contact me the next day. However, no one contacted me. After a week, I reminded Igor that no one had reached out to me, but my message went unanswered. It’s now been three weeks since then. I don’t think anyone will contact me at this point.

I scheduled a test drive and when I got there at the arranged time the reception didn't acknowledge me nor did anyone else for several minutes. Then the person I was to meet with came over, said he'd go get the car and clear it off and did my partner and I want to sit down and have a coffee. I said no, I'd like to see the car please. He left and didn't appear again for a while. Came back to get his boots on and took a battery charger with him. was away for another several minutes and came back in muttering about the cold, grabbed a different charger and started to leave again. I stopped him and said, look if I have already waited nearly 1/2 hr and the battery is dead it's not looking good. I have to get to work. I went out with him and the car was buried in snow and still had ice on the windshield and windows. The battery was dead. I said this isn't going to work for me, that I had driven 1/2 hr to get there and shouldn't it have been ready to go when I arrived? he muttered about someone was supposed to clear the snow etc. I left and will not waste my time there again. Do not recommend.

I left a deposit after checking a car on a Saturday, deposit was made using credit card… On Sunday we changed our mind and decided not to go forward with the purchase. we are told to come in person to take the deposit back even though the deposit was made via credit card..n we are in Montreal and their office in Terrebonne...Since it was public holiday on Monday we called and said we r coming on Saturday. Saturday - we reach the office and we r told there is no one to carry out the deposit return, the salesman there told us but why did we come in person this can be done via phone..we had to return back Montreal and call them..atleast 30 40 calls, financial person was always busy or not at his place..only after i told them i will call consumer protection that my money was returned!! They were deliberately toying with me to come in person since i did not buy with them….

Hi everyone hope this helps I've found a car on autotrader and contacted the dealership they called me back to confirm the next day appointment. When I arrived to the dealership the vehicle was not there and I live 30min away. The sales rep apologized and asked me if I wanted to see it the next day I said yes. Today they called me in the am to confirm that the vehicle was at the dealership and to confirm that I was still interested I said yes . Few hours later the same salesman calls me saying the car was SOLD! I will never go back to this place And I strongly suggest to all of you to say away from this place.
